What to Expect
The conversation is organized around three practical questions: where you are now, whether this coaching is appropriate, and what the next step should be.
We will discuss your goals, schedule, previous attempts, current training and nutrition practices, and the circumstances that have repeatedly interrupted your progress.
Michael will explain the coaching structure, weekly participation expectations, and what would be required from both sides for the work to be productive.
When the fit is right, Michael will explain the coaching investment and enrollment process. When it is not, the conversation ends with a clear and honest decision.
The Objective
You should leave the call with clarity. The purpose is not to prolong the decision, but to determine whether this is the right coaching relationship at the right time.
A Good Use of This Call
You do not need to have every answer before booking. You should, however, be ready to discuss your circumstances honestly and consider what meaningful participation would require.
This is a decision-focused conversation. It is intended to evaluate the coaching opportunity rather than create a personalized exercise or nutrition plan during the call.
The call is intended for someone actively evaluating private, 12-week coaching—not simply collecting general fitness or nutrition advice.
Be ready to discuss your schedule, previous attempts, current habits, limitations, and the patterns that have made consistent progress difficult.
When the coaching appears appropriate, you should be prepared to discuss the investment, participation expectations, and whether this is the right time to begin.
Reserve a time when you can speak privately and without distraction.
